Cancellation Procedure:

You can cancel your orders before they are shipped. To submit your cancellation request, you can submit your cancellation request by selecting the product you want to cancel from the My Orders page or contact us at sales@iovebespoke.com. Once the products reach you, cancellation cannot be made. All iOVE Bespoke products are designed specifically for you, our customers, with personalized certificates of authenticity and therefore cannot be returned. However, size changes can be made in the same edition you purchased.

Exchange Procedure:

You can change the product you purchased from iOVE & iOVE BESPOKE Online Shop to a different size with the same edition you purchased by sending us your invoice together with our contracted cargo company within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date. In order to change the product size, the product must be applied together with the delivery note or invoice, must be unused and must be delivered with all its accessories in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Cosmetics (perfume), food (chocolate, tea, coffee), evening dresses, underwear, books/magazines cannot be returned. Swimsuit/Bikini subgroup products can be returned provided that the hygiene label is not removed within 14 days.

In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, public movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire situations and arising from the buyer (not being at the address, lack of an authority to take delivery, the buyer has moved from the address, etc.) delivery time and conditions may vary.

The tracking process will start when your order is shipped. You can access the waybill number required to track your order by clicking on your relevant order in the “My Orders” section under the My Account menu heading.

You can receive your order from the courier against signature by presenting a picture ID.

Please open the cargo box when receiving your product and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product back with a report to the cargo officer. Our Call Center will assist you.

If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after its picture ID is checked and its signature is received.

If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company officer will leave you a news note. A second call will be made to the same address as of the business day following the release of the news note. Delivery will be made within 2 days after calling the Customer Relations of the cargo company and informing the time zone where you can receive your order at home.

You can do your shopping with credit card, debit (bank) cards or BKM Express. We do not have a payment option at the door. Payment cannot be made via wire transfer or EFT. Shopping can be done with 3D-enabled international cards.

World, Bonus, Maximum, CardFinans, Axess, Paraf, Advantage, American Express, Miles&Smiles credit cards are available for purchases made at the iOVE & iOVE BESPOKE Online Shop. In accordance with the legal regulations, installments are not made for your Food and Cosmetic purchases. You can take advantage of the credit card single withdrawal option for these products. If you create an order by choosing the one-shot option, extra installments cannot be made afterwards.

Your orders are delivered to the address you specify via Yurtiçi Kargo.

The cancellatıon process is initiated by checking the conformity of the product’s condition with the return conditions. When the cancellation is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 working days. This period starts with the receipt of the returned product by iOVE & iOVE BESPOKE.

When your cancellation request is approved and the product amount is returned to your credit card, you are informed via e-mail. After the refund is made, the amount to be transferred to the account is determined by the bank. You can request information from your bank in this regard.

Your products are sent to you with an exchange form. By stating your change request on the form, you must mark the edition name of the product you want to change and the size you want to change. When sending the product back, the exchange form filled out by you must be added to the package.
